Refund Policy

Free trial
Every new account may start with a free 5-day trial. You can evaluate the app before choosing a paid monthly plan.
Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally consider refunds for accidental duplicate purchases, technical problems that prevent meaningful use of the app, or billing errors reported promptly after purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@tcvoiceai.com with your account email, Paddle receipt or transaction ID, the plan purchased, and a short explanation. You may also contact Paddle support using the details on your receipt.
How refunds are issued
Payments are processed by Paddle. If a refund is approved, Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, your bank, and the payment method used.
Non-refundable situations
Except where required by law, we may decline refund requests for unused time after cancellation, failure to cancel before renewal, unsupported platforms other than macOS, or issues caused by third-party calling apps, device settings, or network conditions outside our control.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply in your country or region.
