How usage works

Know what counts before you choose.

The app shows your remaining allowance. It stops billable AI actions when the applicable plan limit is reached; there are no automatic overage charges.

Translated words: Source words sent for translation use the shared allowance. Same-language transcription uses none while transcript translation is off.
Suggested replies: Only generated words in your primary conversation language are counted at the rate shown on the plan. A reply already counted is not charged again when you use it.
AI output units: One unit covers up to 5,000 source conversation words. Each additional started block of 5,000 words uses another unit.
Allowance resets: Free allowance resets monthly; an enabled daily cap resets each day without removing unused monthly allowance. Trial and paid daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over.

How are conversation-time estimates calculated?

Call-minute figures are estimates based on the configured speaking pace. Typical suggestion use assumes generated primary-language replies equal 20% of translated conversation words, and 75% are used. The plan-specific suggestion rate is applied only when a reply is generated; using an already counted reply does not charge it again. Actual call time varies with speaking pace, languages, and feature use.
