Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where microphone audio was detected but speech was not processed when Apple Speech delayed its final result. - Improved recognition reliability for short utterances and sessions stopped immediately after speaking. - Fixed call language selections resetting to their previous values when continuing a saved session. - Improved Profile consistency when reviewing or continuing an existing session. - Removed the History toggle. Session history is now always saved because it is required to generate reliable work outcomes from conversations. - Reduced unnecessary recognition timer resets to improve performance and prevent delayed transcription.

macOS

Build 143

From calls to useful work

This release gives every important call a clearer next step. WHAT'S NEW - Turn a completed Session into one of six practical work results: Concise summary, Meeting notes, Decisions & action items, Follow-up email, CRM notes, or Technical handoff. - Review decisions, actions, risks, and open questions against their supporting transcript moments before using them. - Confirm action items and continue in Work Inbox, where you can track status, owner, due date, reminders, or start a follow-up Session. - Copy a reviewed result or export it as Markdown, Actions CSV, calendar events, or an email draft. SIMPLER SESSIONS - Start with the defaults and add context only when it helps. Session settings remain optional overrides and do not change your Profile. - Open Session Settings sections by clicking either the icon or its label. - Result creation remains manual by default. You can optionally create one reviewable result after Stop, and nothing is published or sent automatically. CLEARER PLAN USAGE - Summaries and saved work results continue to share the existing AI-output allowance included with your plan. Work results do not require a separate allowance. - Plan and account screens now use clearer names for AI-output units and source conversation words. RELIABILITY AND PERFORMANCE - Improved structured-result compatibility and error handling when creating a result from a completed conversation. - Reduced unnecessary configuration and duplicate interface content so starting and finishing a Session requires fewer steps. - Kept the new result workflow bounded and lightweight, without adding continuous background requests.

Use New Session whenever you want a separate conversation. - Smarter work profiles with reusable session purpose, preferred output, reply approach, and reply tone. - Clearer live conversation layout keeps the partner on the left and your transcript and suggested replies on the right, including in floating captions. - Private local session storage loads only the selected conversation for faster navigation and automatically recovers interrupted sessions. - Improved interface text and consistency across all supported languages.

TCVoiceAI 1.3.0

Smarter replies and easier conversations This update helps you follow conversations, respond with confidence, and keep important information visible during full-screen calls. What’s New - Smart Suggested Replies: Choose between Automatic and On Request. TCVoiceAI can suggest relevant responses after meaningful partner messages. - Speak Suggested Replies: In Translated Voice mode, you can play a translated suggested reply directly to your partner. - Same-Language Conversations: Use a single language for live transcription, with the option to translate transcripts into another language. - Floating Captions: Keep recent transcripts, translations, and suggested replies visible in a lightweight overlay during full-screen calls. - English and Vietnamese Interface: TCVoiceAI follows your Mac’s language by default and lets you change it anytime under Settings > Appearance. Improvements - Suggested replies now use your conversation context, active profile, and custom vocabulary for more relevant responses. - Request a suggestion directly from History or Floating Captions when using On Request mode. - When you use a suggested reply or a natural paraphrase, TCVoiceAI recognizes it and avoids duplicate History entries. - Conversation Profiles now support same-language sessions and optional transcript translation. - Floating Captions can be docked to either side of the screen, resized, and will remember their position. - Calling-app audio setup now provides clearer, localized instructions and permission guidance. Improved completed-sentence detection for more reliable transcription, translation, and suggestion matching. - Refined layouts and controls for a clearer, more consistent experience. Usage note: Generated suggestions share your translated-word allowance. Using an already generated suggestion will not count the same words again.

What’s New: - Same-language conversations: Use the same language for both participants to transcribe conversations without translation. - Optional transcript translation: Translate both speakers’ transcripts into another language, or leave this option off for transcription only. Transcription-only sessions do not send translation requests or consume translated-word allowance. - Live mode switching: Switch between Translated voice and Original audio without ending the current session. - Calling app audio setup: Quickly access guided audio configuration for compatible calling apps installed on your Mac. FaceTime supports automatic device selection when Accessibility permission is granted. Improvements: - Profiles now remember optional transcript translation preferences. - History and CSV exports display transcription-only sessions cleanly without empty translation sections. - Safer audio routing with automatic rollback if switching modes cannot be completed. - More reliable Accessibility permission handling during FaceTime configuration. - Added setup guidance for popular calling apps, including WhatsApp Web where the desktop app does not support selectable virtual audio devices. - Improved TCVoiceAI icon clarity at smaller macOS sizes. - General stability and audio configuration improvements. Important Note: - Same-language sessions use Original audio mode. Translated voice becomes available again when two different conversation languages are selected.
