The app shows your remaining allowance. It stops billable AI actions when the applicable plan limit is reached; there are no automatic overage charges.

Translated words
Source words sent for translation use the shared allowance. Same-language transcription uses none while transcript translation is off.
Suggested replies
Only generated words in your primary conversation language are counted at the rate shown on the plan. A reply already counted is not charged again when you use it.
AI output units
One unit covers up to 5,000 source conversation words. Each additional started block of 5,000 words uses another unit.
Summaries and saved work results share this allowance.
Allowance resets
All daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. If the Free plan has an additional monthly cap, unused monthly quota remains available until the next monthly reset.
How are conversation-time estimates calculated?

Call-minute figures are estimates based on the configured speaking pace. Typical suggestion use assumes generated primary-language replies equal 20% of translated conversation words, and 50% are used. The plan-specific suggestion rate is applied only when a reply is generated; using an already counted reply does not charge it again. Actual call time varies with speaking pace, languages, and feature use.
