Concise summary
Create a readable overview of the main topics, conclusions, and unresolved points from the selected conversation.
AI conversation output
TCVoiceAI can use the active profile’s local History to create an on-demand summary or a more focused result. Add an optional instruction to extract decisions, owners, deadlines, risks, technical details, or a follow-up draft.
You stay in control: AI conversation output is created only after you request it. The app does not generate a summary automatically in the background.
On-demand workflow
TCVoiceAI stores recognized turns locally under the active Conversation Profile while you translate or transcribe the call.
After enough conversation is available, open the Summary action for the active profile’s History.
Request a general recap or ask for a specific format such as decisions, owners, risks, a plan, a focused answer, or an email draft.
Check names, dates, technical details, and commitments against the original conversation before sharing or acting on the output.
More useful than a generic recap
Create a readable overview of the main topics, conclusions, and unresolved points from the selected conversation.
Ask for decisions, owners, due dates, dependencies, risks, and next steps in a format suited to follow-up work.
Retrieve a specific fact, explain one technical topic, compare proposals, or isolate the part of the call you need to revisit.
Transform the conversation into a structured plan, checklist, customer response, meeting recap, or follow-up email draft.
The request uses the History currently associated with the selected Conversation Profile, keeping unrelated contacts and scenarios separate.
AI conversation output can be requested from History created during a translated conversation or a same-language transcription session.
