AI conversation output

Turn a completed call into the exact result you need

TCVoiceAI can use the active profile’s local History to create an on-demand summary or a more focused result. Add an optional instruction to extract decisions, owners, deadlines, risks, technical details, or a follow-up draft.

You stay in control: AI conversation output is created only after you request it. The app does not generate a summary automatically in the background.

Use a specific instruction to turn local conversation History into decisions, actions, risks, answers, or a follow-up draft.

On-demand workflow

Keep the call in History, then ask for a useful result.

  1. 01

    Keep History enabled

TCVoiceAI stores recognized turns locally under the active Conversation Profile while you translate or transcribe the call.

  2. 02

    Open Summary

After enough conversation is available, open the Summary action for the active profile’s History.

  3. 03

    Add an optional instruction

Request a general recap or ask for a specific format such as decisions, owners, risks, a plan, a focused answer, or an email draft.

  4. 04

    Review the result

Check names, dates, technical details, and commitments against the original conversation before sharing or acting on the output.

More useful than a generic recap

One conversation can produce several practical outputs.

Concise summary

Create a readable overview of the main topics, conclusions, and unresolved points from the selected conversation.

Decisions and action items

Ask for decisions, owners, due dates, dependencies, risks, and next steps in a format suited to follow-up work.

Focused answer

Retrieve a specific fact, explain one technical topic, compare proposals, or isolate the part of the call you need to revisit.

Plan or email draft

Transform the conversation into a structured plan, checklist, customer response, meeting recap, or follow-up email draft.

Per-profile History

The request uses the History currently associated with the selected Conversation Profile, keeping unrelated contacts and scenarios separate.

Bilingual or same-language input

AI conversation output can be requested from History created during a translated conversation or a same-language transcription session.

From the macOS app

How AI conversation output is handled.

  • AI conversation output is an explicit, on-demand action rather than a process that runs continuously during every call.
  • The source is the active Conversation Profile’s local History, using original speaker turns and your optional instruction.
  • A request can create a summary, plan, email, focused answer, decision list, action list, risk list, or another clearly described result.
  • One AI summary unit covers up to 5,000 source conversation words. Each additional started block of 5,000 words uses another unit.
  • For example, 7,000 source words use 2 units and 14,000 source words use 3 units.
  • The server is designed not to store the submitted conversation text, your instruction, or the generated output after the request completes.
  • Usage metadata such as source-word counts, summary units, model identifiers, token counts, and request IDs can be retained for quota, cost, and reliability.
  • Conversation Profiles and their History remain locally controlled by the macOS app until you clear them.
  • Generated output can contain mistakes or omit context. Review important names, dates, commitments, and high-stakes information before relying on it.

AI conversation output FAQ

What is sent, when it runs, and how usage is counted.

Does TCVoiceAI summarize every call automatically?

No. The app creates AI conversation output only when you open Summary and submit a request. Keeping local History does not automatically send the conversation to the server for summarization.

Can I ask for something other than a summary?

Yes. The optional instruction can request decisions, action items, risks, a plan, a focused answer, a customer response, or a follow-up email draft.

How are AI summary units calculated?

One unit covers up to 5,000 source conversation words. Longer histories use one additional unit for each additional started block of 5,000 words.

Can I summarize a same-language transcription?

Yes. AI conversation output can use local History from bilingual translation or same-language transcription, as long as History contains enough recognized conversation.

Is my call transcript stored on the server after the result is returned?

The service is designed not to store submitted conversation text, your instruction, or generated output after the request completes. The local History remains on your Mac until you clear it.
